For Ni-XX,Highest/Higher/Lower/Lowest protection
voltage are 70%/65%/60%/55% of the startup voltage.

mode 1 be equal to more efficiency and suit ordinary
flying. Mode 3 be equal more power output and suit
action flying. Mode 2 is middle mode.

is Break Disable.
